Welcome to Wheeling’s Hometown Unlike those scheduled airlines, that make you drive to Pittsburgh to catch a flight, Wheeling’s Hometown On-Demand Airline allows you to charter a Piper Cheyenne II or Cessna Skyhawk and fly on your schedule. We’re based at the Wheeling-Ohio County Airport, just 7 minutes from the square in downtown Wheeling. And unlike those scheduled airlines, we can send either of our planes to pick you up, or drop you off, at the most convenient airport for your trip. Ohio Valley Flight Service Inc. is licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as an on-demand air charter operator, certificate O26A418L issued May 31, 2006, and maintains complete operational control over your flights with us. |
